Shipping and Handling Charges

We ship via UPS / USPS / FEDEX according to your selection. You will receive an e-mail message when your order has been submitted. Order processing will take 1-3 business day. U.S. shipment delivery schedules are based according to each carrier’s service guidelines.

We normally get orders out within a week of receipt, but occasionally it will take longer. If it is taking longer, we will notify you. There is a $1 handling charge per each order.

Exchanges And Returns

Every effort is made to assure that you receive exactly the item you had in mind when you ordered it. However, sometimes items do need to be returned. If for some reason you receive a defective item, we will replace that item free of charge. Please email us immediately: returns@cambodywork.com . For any exchanges or returns, we will send you a RMA label. Please note any exchange and return shipping costs will be billed to your credit card.

If you want to exchange or return any merchandise, it must be returned in un-used and new condition. We cannot credit any damaged returns. It is advisable to insure returns, as damage does occur in return shipping. For any returns, please email us: returns@cambodywork.com for a Return Merchandising Account (RMA) label.

THERE IS NO REFUND ON ANY MERCHANDISES OR SERVICES PURCHASED. Any online product exchange or store credit issued must be made within 15 days of the purchase accompanied by the online receipt. Only unopened items in their original packaging can be exchanged. Our online/store credit can be used toward any future purchase or tui-na service. Online/store credits are valid for one year from issued date.
